This time, its still not personal....
I do realise that the vast majority of content on here has been extremely inpersonal and recycled thus far....I'm going to make more of an effort (more than none) to include some content involving my mates and I....you know, record my precious memories from my youth and shit. Dig?

The best thing Tom Cruise has ever contributed to the film indurstry....the saving grace of the movie Tropic Thunder, he's back!
Here's a little reminder of what we saw from Les in Tropic Thunder

Creative Destruction
Runamuk Visuals is one of my favourite nooks within this world wide web, the guys over there appreciate the finest yet simplest parts of life and have a tendency of putting up some great eye candy in the form of both surf vids and girls.
One of the sections of the site that got me hooked a while ago that has been dormant in recent times up until now is Creative Destruction. A look into the life of Wade Goodall, aerialist, hellman and absolute dominator of both waves and life. I was stoked to read yesterday that the boys had in fact just launched the new Creative Destruction website. The series had outgrown Runamuk and taken on a life of its own so im sure this new pad can only mean bigger and better things for Wade, Creative Destruction and Runamuk Visuals.
Have a look below for Episode 1 from the new site and look further below for examples of the old debauchery that used to go on when Creative Destruction was still at home on Runamuk Visuals

Michael Jordan "Failure" Nike Commercial
I'm currently reading a book called Bounce which basically gives a version of the story on "How Champions are Made". The author Matthew Syed mentioned this commercial when talking about the nature of people who stay within their comfort zone and avoid failure and the valuable feedback it brings. I've since gone on a Michael Jordan related YouTube rampage....AMAZING
Here are some more of my favourites. Stay tuned for more of my irregular revelations.

Square one
I'd better kick this thing off with a little explanation of why I'm stinking up this little piece of property on the world wide web I guess.....actually, why am I speaking as if there is anyone listening? I'm kidding myself, BAIL.
Alright.....me(?), now that you've got that ego trip out of your system, why HAVE you decided to create this thing?
1. It's a good place to write down ideas so that come next week, my below average intellectual capacity wont have allowed me to forget them already
What ideas ya dud?
Anything to do with anything - philosophical ponderings of the mind and soul*,ideas stolen from other blogs**, training ideas, travel ideas, restaraunts to try, surf, music, movie or any other variety of ponderings whether they be related or not, everything must (and infrequently, even MAY) find its way on here.
2. I guess recording memories rather than erasing them in these prime years of my life might be a good idea
3. Everyone's doing it!
Fine, go for it......SEE IF I CARE
* - highly unlikely
** - almost certain
